Pausing Jaxsta's commercial operations allows us to preserve the underlying technology and dataset while focusing on areas of the group with the strongest momentum. The Jaxsta data and infrastructure remain securely maintained within Vinyl Group.

Public Jaxsta profiles and links are no longer accessible.
If you've shared Jaxsta URLs on your website, social media or EPKs, we recommend updating or removing them to avoid broken links. Your personal data remains securely stored and is not shared or transferred anywhere.
Industry Partners
Existing data agreements remain in effect unless otherwise notified by email.
Partner feeds can continue as usual, and all partner-supplied data will continue to be securely maintained in line with our contractual and privacy obligations. We will be in touch if and when new opportunities arise in the future.
API Customers & Subscribers
API access and commercial services have now been decommissioned.

Why is Jaxsta in hibernation?
Jaxsta's commercial model is not sustainable under the current licensing environment. After extensive work to reduce costs and explore alternative approaches, we made the decision to pause commercial operations and preserve the underlying technology for potential future opportunities.
What happens to my Jaxsta profile link?
Public Jaxsta URLs no longer load. If you've shared your Jaxsta link in bios or websites, we recommend updating or removing it to avoid broken links.
What happens to my data?
All Jaxsta user data remains securely stored and handled in line with our Privacy Policy. It is not transferred or shared with other products.
What about my verified profile?
Verified profiles are no longer publicly accessible, but the associated verification data is securely retained within the Jaxsta dataset.
Will Jaxsta return in the future?
We are preserving Jaxsta's technology and dataset for potential future opportunities, but there is no defined timeline or commitment to relaunch.
What happens to my subscription?
All active subscriptions have been cancelled. Prorated refunds have been issued for any remaining time on your plan.
What happens to the Jaxsta API?
API access has now been decommissioned. If your organisation relied on the API, please refer to your shutdown email or contact us for assistance.
What about industry data feeds?
